Jack Jones (a.k.a. J.T.) retired from the US Air Force after 20 years of decorated service. He currently serves as an Executive Support Specialist at the Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Disaster Assistance, HQ Washington, DC.   Jack is a graduate of American Military University with a bachelor’s degree in Management.  He also has degrees in Criminal Justice and Human Resource Management. As a continual education scholar, he  holds certifications in Program Management and he is a certified professional in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Currently he is enrolled in Liberty University's graduate program, working towards a masters degree in Divinity & Theology. Jack has over two decades of experience and is a subject matter expert in the areas of human resources, business administration, customer service, mentorship, professional development, leadership, and public speaking.

      Jack's military career gave him the opportunity to travel to many different countries and experience different societies and cultures. Those experiences helped build his solid foundation of diversity, inclusion and equity. He has served as a mentor, coach and trainer in countries such as the Netherlands, Turkey and Japan.   His stateside assignments include stops at Langley Virginia, Hawaii, the District of Columbia and the Pentagon.  Jack has a passion for mentorship and helping develop great leaders. His life is dedicated to being of service to others!
